It is recommended that our organically based products be stored in cool, dark conditions, and that care is taken not to introduce water or bacteria into our products.
Product prices and specifications are based on information available at the time of posting and are subject to change without notice. All dimensions, weight and carton counts are subject to standard deviations. Please be aware that products may have a slight variation in color from item to item or batch to batch. However, the excellent quality of our products will always reflect our high standards. Please order samples before purchasing in larger quantities if you are uncertain about any product. We are happy to provide up to 5 “sniffies” of our fragrances to try before you order. Send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will send them along. Once you order a custom scented product, it is not returnable or refundable.
We ship via USPS or FedEx. Our order processing time varies based on work load. Normal processing times is 24-48 hours and occasionally as much as 72 hours if a special sale is in process. Orders during holiday seasons may require a longer processing time. If a customer requests immediate processing in the form of "Next Day" or "2nd Day Air" shipping, a service charge of 10.00 will be added due to the extra time and paperwork involved. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you are local to Portland, Oregon, you may call and pick up your order. We DO NOT SHIP COD. You may request expedited order processing using the comments field of our secure shopping cart. The fee for expedited processing is a minimum of 10% or 20.00 as explained above. We do not ship to ANY UNVERIFIED Paypal address. Unfortunately we have had to do this due to problems in the past. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding. NOTE: We cannot under any circumstances ship a fragrance with a flashpoint lower than 200 degrees by Post Office, Overnight, 2 day or any method other than via Ground. If you choose USPS, we will have to change the shipping to Ground to comply with the law. At this time we ship only to the USA and Canada, we do not ship internationally.
The contents of your package are always carefully packed to help insure safe delivery of your order. Inspect all package at time of acceptance. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving of your package if anything has been damaged or lost during shipment. If you have elected to ship via UPSP and have not chosen insurance, you must absorb the loss. If it is by FedEx, UPS or other carrier You must save all packing materials and the original shipping box to process the claim. Our carriers require that the damaged items be retained for 5-7 working days to give them time to inspect the packing if they choose to. Absolutely no refunds will be issued if you return an item without prior authorization, it will be discarded
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-refund, no-return policy. We cannot resell a product once you have received it, due to possible contamination. For bath and soap products, you have a choice of fragrance-free for any product, as well as pure essential oils and natural fragrances. In the regular fragrance oil category, PureBliss Essentials has committed to stocking only phthalate-free fragrance, essential and flavor oils. To help you produce only the safest of products, all aromatic products include IFRA recommended “Maximum Use Levels” for skin contact.
